Pastor
Rev. George Vander Meulen
Pastor George is in his fifth year of service to Community Presbyterian Church. He is a graduate of Colorado State University (B.S. in Data Analytics) and Fuller Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity.) He is a member of Presbytery de Cristo in the Presbyterian Church (USA). He and his wife Sonja celebrated fifty years of marriage in 2024. They have one daughter, a Special Education teacher in Colorado.
Pastor George’s ministry is focussed on Bible teaching and preaching. He also loves praying for (and with) anyone in need and he is readily available via phone, text or email. His favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 30:5, “Every word of God is flawless. He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him.”
When they can get away, Pastor George and Sonja like to take off in their old pickup and explore Mexico.
